Appreciating the Unsung Heroes of Adventuring—Guild Receptionists!

You may be familiar with the concept of adventurers accepting quests such as herb collecting, slime killing, and goblin slaying from their local adventurers guild, but what about the hardworking folk who take care of the administrative side of adventuring?

To celebrate the release of I May Be a Guild Receptionist, but I’ll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time, Vol. 1 (light novel), we’re here to spotlight the unsung heroes of adventurers guilds—the receptionists!

Guild Girl

You know and love her, even if we don’t know her actual name: it’s Guild Girl! Whether she’s helping newbies or staring wistfully at Goblin Slayer, she’s the point of contact for our goblin-slaying heroes! What more can we say about our beloved Guild Girl?

See if Guild Girl ever gets a chance with Goblin Slayer in Goblin Slayer.

Iris Negan

She may have been skeptical of Roland’s capabilities in the beginning, but that’s only because Iris Negan runs a tight ship around this guild! When she’s not getting her underwear stolen, Iris is the cool and competent branch manager who’s in charge of some not-so-competent employees. Luckily, a capable new employee just got hired!

See Iris get even more flustered by Roland in Hazure Skill: The Guild Member with a Worthless Skill Is Actually a Legendary Assassin.

Louisa

Louisa’s been with Arihito Atobe’s team as their caseworker since the beginning, so she’s no stranger to filling out paperwork for unusual circumstances. From beating named monsters at level 1 to becoming the number-one party, she’s seen it all. It would be nice if they stopped giving her heart attacks with all this record breaking, though!

See how Atobe’s team gives Louisa some more aneurysms in The World’s Strongest Rearguard: Labyrinth Country’s Novice Seeker.

Eina Tulle

Last but certainly not least—Eina Tulle! Eina always looks out for Bell and the other adventurers, even if she can be a little intense about it. But that’s just her way of showing she cares! Without Eina’s help and advice, Bell wouldn’t be the man he is today!
