It’s summer in Tatsui-chou, which means free time, fireworks, and—of course—festivals! But when a freak storm threatens to ruin the annual Dragon God Festival, Ilsera and Murakami take to the skies to investigate. To their surprise, the culprit is none other than…the very dragon who’s supposed to be the town’s guardian deity! Can this unlikely pair of roommates save the day, or will two dragons prove to be one too many?
