The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn’t a Guy At All

The beloved manga returns in a whole new form! The animation studio CloverWorks will be bringing Mitsuki and Aya’s romance to life in January 2027. The anime adaptation will be streaming on Crunchyroll, and the excitement doesn’t stop there: Nirvana’s Breed, from their 1991 album Nevermind, will serve as the opening theme.  

The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn’t a Guy At All, Vols. 1-3 are now available, with Vol. 4 and the Numbered Edition Web Exclusive version of Vol. 2 available for pre-order!  

 
Delicious in Dungeon

The adaptation of Ryoko Kui’s smash hit is back for its long awaited second season! Animated by Studio TRIGGER, season two of Delicious in Dungeon is releasing worldwide on Netflix in October 2027. We hope you’re hungry for another season of monster fights, fantastical hijinks, and – of course – delicious dungeon-made meals!

Solo Leveling

Solo Leveling is back and bound for an even bigger screen! A-1 Pictures returns to animate the series’ new movie: Solo Leveling: Beyond the System. As of right now, no release date has been confirmed, but the film will pick up where Solo Leveling season two left off and continue the story fans know and love.

Solo Leveling, Vols. 1-15 and the Solo Leveling: The Novel Omnibus are available now!
The sequel comic Solo Leveling: Ragnarok, Vol. 1 will release July 21, 2026. 

Fate Rewinder: All Great Achievements Require Time

Futa Kimura’s zany, time-traveling adventure is getting a fresh new look, thanks to Bones Film! Follow Chrono on his mission to protect his younger sister from a mysterious tragedy alongside the other members of The Spacetime Strategic Enforcement Unit – aka “The Fate Rewinders”, when this anime airs in April 2027.  

Fate Rewinder: All Great Achievements Require Time, Vol. 1 is currently available for pre-order!  

Murciélago

There will be blood…once Murciélago’s upcoming anime hits your screens! State-sanctioned killer Kuroko Koumori and her cheery handler Hinako Tozakura are coming to life in a whole new medium. This gory GL buddy comedy is bound for a 2027 release and will stream exclusively on HIDIVE.

Demons’ Crest 
Story by Reki Kawahara, Illustrated by Yukiko Horiguchi  

From the author of beloved titles such as Sword Art Online and Accel World , here comes a harrowing story where gaming and reality are one and the same, and staying alive might be the easiest part! Featuring an opening theme song from Ado, the anime adaption of Reki Kawahara’s work, Demons’ Crest, is set to premiere on November 6th, 2026 on Amazon Prime Video under the name Devils' Crest.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End 
Story by Mei Hachimoku, Original Story by Kanehito Yamada, Illustration by Tsukasa Abe  

Fans of Frieren will have to wait a just little bit longer for the third season of this fantasy epic. But rest assured: Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is set to return in October 2027, giving animation studio Madhouse plenty of time to figure out how to top season two’s breathtaking visuals.  

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End -Prelude-, Vols. 1 (novel) is now available!  

Witch and Hound 
Original Story by Rainy Kamitsuki, Art by Minori Tsukahara, Character Design by LAM  

Watch the battle between the mundane and magic play out on your screen, as Rollo’s journey to gather seven infamous witches unfolds in this animated adaptation of the hit light novel turned manga! TriF Studio is set to animate the series. As of time of writing, no release date has been confirmed.
