Open Positions at Yen Press

We at Yen Press continue to grow, and as such we need some help! We have three open positions that we'd love to fill with individuals passionate for the manga, manhwa and graphic novel industry.

Yen Press Editorial Assistant (manhwa)
The Editorial Assistant will be responsible for providing editorial and administrative support to the manhwa/manga editorial team. Korean language skills is a must. The candidate will be required to commute to the Manhattan office on certain days of the week.

Yen Press Production Editor
Yen Press’s Managing Editorial department is seeking a production editor to help manage its rapidly growing list of manga, graphic novels, and light novels. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated grammar nerd who has an eagle eye for catching errors and enjoys puzzling over creative problems. They should also be capable of working with minimal oversight and up to the challenge of managing a brisk workload flexibly. Currently, we are following a hybrid work schedule so candidate will be expected to commute to our New York office on specified days.

Yen Press Design Intern
Yen Press’s Art Department is seeking a six month Intern to help with the visual presentation of its rapidly growing list of manga, graphic novels, and light novels. The position is part-time (28 hours per week) and offers an hourly wage. Commute to the Manhattan office on certain days of the week will be required.
