The two Ace Detectives and their assistant, Kimihiko Kimizuka, have managed to keep the world from collapsing in the Great Cataclysm. The next crisis they must face is the Tuner Hunt, and the likeliest culprit is the most unforgettable girl of all. Meanwhile, a client of the Shirogane Detective Agency claims to have reunited with Kimihiko’s “teacher,” who should have died eight years ago. When the investigation leads to four locked rooms, Kimihiko must confront the truth of what he wants and who he is. No one can run from those questions—not him, or anyone else.
